Each mitten will have a mark or hole and has not passed our stringent quality control. 

We cannot offer a choice of colour; 
each pair is a lucky dip (those pictured here are just examples) and we really hope you like the colour that arrives.

As ever, you are welcome to return them for a refund (even though they are purchased with a known fault) if it isn't what you are expecting, but we won't be able to offer an exchange in this instance.

All our cashmere products are machine washable on a cold setting. We recommend not to use fabric conditioner. Dry flat and do not tumble dry.
